Greg recently returned to DFW from Brussels, Belgium where he was responsible for global HR operations. This included the design, development and implementation of compensation and rewards programs; performance management programs; benefits administration; expatriate administration; corporate communication programs; and, business redesign processes.

Greg directed the start-up activities of operations in Canada, the USA, Central and South America. He also administered activities throughout Asia and Europe.

He was responsible for the creation of an ex-pat program which included managing the placement and repatriation of ex-pats, and co-ordinating the activities of the global vendors utilized in delivering this program.

Greg is listed in Who’s Who Worldwide and is a member of the Society of Human Resource Management.
