For all those (that means virtually everybody) who wish that
someone had provided a roadmap for managing, your wait is
over. In one action-packed day, you'll discover what "managing" is all
about, how to do it better, and how to translate your
successes into profits for your organization. You will
learn how to grow and inspire your team
as you improve your personal skills.
You will be provided with workshop
materials that you will be able to put to immediate
use upon return to your workplace.

"supervising"?

for a "bad" manager.

Skills?
- How to master the Activities.
- What is a taxonomy, and why is it
important to your success?
- What does your team expect?
- What does senior management expect?
- How can you satisfy everyone?
- How do you know that you are
managing better each week?
- What to do immediately upon
return to your workplace.
Who should attend
Supervisors who are stepping up to managing, newly appointed
managers, and managers who were not given the "roadmap", but are eager
to get back on track. Also, HR professionals can attend to evaluate
Management Standards' suitability for your organization.
Duration
This workshop runs from 9:00 A.M.
(we start on time) until 4:00 P.M.. Check-in begins at 8:30 A.M..
Management Standards personnel remain until 5:00 P.M. to handle any
off-line questions.
