Summary

Supervisors tend to be the most experienced technical people in the organization. But Technical Skill is not the same as Human Skill, and supervisors are in the people business! By the time attendees complete this one-day intense overview, they will know what is expected of them, and how to perform their jobs better.

This workshop is designed for managers or those soon to be a manager. Duration
