Summary
Having a grasp of where your organization is headed,
why it should be headed there, assessing risks and rewards, threats
and opportunities, and having the ability to clearly and honestly
identify your organization’s strengths and weaknesses are
fundamentals of strategic planning. This workshop focuses attendees on what it takes to create,
define and communicate a vision for their organization’s future.

This workshop is designed for business owners, senior managers,
independent practitioners, and for all of those seeking to become
any of these. Also, department managers, store managers, regional
directors and those whose unique circumstances or environments differ from the
environments of other similar groups within your organization.
Duration
This workshop can be presented in either 1/2
day format or full day (recommended). Strategic
